Top 10 Self- Help Books for Women and Couples
Many clients turn to self-help books before coming to therapy. And they do find that they are helpful to them. I often will recommend these books as homework for my clients and I find that it really moves the therapy process along faster. My clients have gotten a lot out of reading these books and for some, they have been life-changing. As a therapist and Mom, I have read and used these books both personally and in my private practice. These are the books that I recommend over and over to my clients.
