Hold Me Tight Couples Workshop
The highly acclaimed and nationally recognized program based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the popular book, Hold Me Tight, by Dr. Sue Johnson is being presented in a new one day format in Boca Raton!

In this couples workshop you and your partner will learn to:
Affirm strengths in their relationship
Address negative fighting patterns
Understand each others emotions more clearly
Recognize underlying reasons for conflict
Enhance emotional and physical closeness
This workshop uses lecture, Power Point , video clips and 1 : 1 experiential exercises with your partner.
